Transitioning from middle school to high school and on to college or the workforce can be an exciting and overwhelming experience. These pivotal years are filled with questions about identity, peer pressure, social acceptance, and the ever-present “Who am I, and what do I want to do with my life?”

I provide a safe and supportive space for teens to process these changes, build confidence, explore their values, and develop decision-making skills to align with their goals and authentic selves. I offer support and skills to manage anxiety, depression, and mood disorders that can cause distress during these pivotal years. Learning practical coping skills, boundaries, and assertive communication can help teens build resilience to manage stressful experiences. My goal is to help teens navigate these transitions with clarity and confidence, equipping them to thrive toward adulthood.

Young adulthood is a dynamic and formative time, full of exploration and self-discovery. Whether navigating college choices, peer pressure, launching a career, managing relationships, or defining personal goals, young adults face challenges that can feel confusing and overwhelming.
